(as the patient),

My cardiac nurse who visits me at home is excellent, I’ve learned so much from him about my condition. Far more than I learnt whilst I was in hospital. His name is Daniel Furnley and I am so grateful for his support. He has also made various suggestions which I have taken on board and tried. He is coming back to see me in a fortnight and I will genuinely look forward to his next visit. Overall I am very pleased.

David is a valued member of the team and he is proud to have received such acknowledgement. David provides education, support and guidance to his patients during the treatment and management of their condition. He is passionate about the service he delivers and it a credit to him that you have felt supported and you have learnt more about your condition."
