(as the patient),

This is my only experience of a referral though TRAC so when details where explained by my GP I was surprised by the speedy response (even quicker that he had suggested) and the choice of appointment and location. The whole experience was swift, uncomplicated and professional. Very pleased! : )

Thank you for your very kind comments about the TRAC service, it is fantastic to read how well your first experience of dealing with TRAC went for you. As soon as your GP completed your referral details we were able to contact you and get an appointment booked. I hope the remainder of your care was just as quick and responsive.
