About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My nephrology appointment in December was cancelled at short notice and I still haven’t received an alternative. There has been no further communication - even though the original referral was urgent.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to TRAQS following your recent referral.

I am sorry that your appointment was cancelled at short notice by the hospital and that you are still waiting to hear of a new appointment date. TRAQS never cancel an appointment unless it is at the request of the GP or the patient.
