About: Derriford Hospital / Breast surgery Tamar Referral & Appointments Centre

(as the patient),

I saw my doctor on the the 2nd Jan 2013 about my left breast because I’ve had two operations on this breast, my doctor referred me back to the primrose unit at Derriford Hospital.

The afternoon of 2nd Jan, I was phoned by TRAC and was given an appointment for 10th January at 2. 30pm. I had a letter the following day to confirm. Thank you.
