Anything else?
2 days before Christmas 2012, I was very poorly at home, called 111 and they said I would get a call back in 3 hours, phoned back after 2 and half and was told to phne out of hours doctor, out of hours doctor was 111. Eventually, after trying from 3pm to get some help, I was told to go to Ilkeston Hospital at 11pm. By this time I felt dreadful, so we just went straight away, The nurses saw me straight away, my temperature very high, I could not breathe well, had chest pains, was dehydrated, and really unwell. They got a Dr, got me on a drip, got me Paracetomoal to get my temp down and got me an ambulance to Royal Derby and kepy close eye on me while I waited.
I could not have met kinder, more friendly, more helpful, wonderful nurses and Dr and I will be forever grateful and will always remember just how kind they were to me, I was very scared, turns out I had Pneumonia, thanks for helping me and for getting me where I needed to be for the hellp I needed.
