I am sorry to say that although my fathers broken bone was fixed i was appauled at the lack of communication from nursing staff to patients and family members and the lack of clarity in nursing handovers. I observed a lack of respect from some of the nurses towards eldery patients and although this was reported to the sister on the ward other visitors were voicing their concerns around this theme days after my concerns were highlighted..
