I recently attended the Bev Stokes Day Surgery Unit at the Northern General hospital for the removal of a cyst on my scalp. The standard of care I received was very good at all times. I was most impressed by the kindness and care which was shown to me by the nurse who was looking after me prior to my operation. Nothing could have been better!
