"NHS 111 - a great service"

(as the patient),

My husband rang the service to ask if I could take Imodiam talents as I had been ill with diarrhea. A nurse then rang back and the advice was not to take any but would get a doctor to advise in due course as this was out of doctors hours when we had called.

Due to a faulty line a doctor came out to me on a Sunday and gave advice re fluids and what foods to avoid.

Overall I was very happy with the service.
