About: Wexham Park Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I was recently in hospital. My sincere thanks to Night Nurse Denize Mackenzie for removing my catheter correctly i.e. using a syringe to COMPLETELY deflate the tiny balloon.

My previous experience in Ward 2 was quite painful as this was not done!

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your comments on your recent admission. I was sorry to hear that when you had your cathether removed on a previous occasion it was not to the same standard. This has been highlighted to the team.
