Last month, I was a patient on the Medical Assessment Unit at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. The standard of medical care I received was very good, but the care from the nursing staff was non-existent - they just didn't have time to talk to the patients. There should be more staff on the wards in order to better assist and care for the patients.
