I visited this hospital on November 1st 2012. I'm 16 years old and recently suffered from an allergic reaction that landed me in hospital whilst on holiday in italy. I was referred here to try and pin down exactly what im allergic to.

it is now nearly 4 months after my consultation. I was told that i was to receive an epi-pen, i dont have one. i was told i was going to be referred to burnley's allergy dept. this has not yet happened.

My mother has enquired countless times about my health and what is going to happen, only to be told next to nothing.

the effects of my allergies are worsening considerably and i am dissatisfied with the service i was given. i dont feel i was treated with any major consideration because nothing has really been done that is of my knowledge, to try and improve my health.
