"Left in pain"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

Anything else?

Excellent treatment in surgery and during the day but night staff are not to the same standard, I was asked if I needed pain relief at 10pm but because I'd had some earlier I was told it was too early, not a problem but I'm still sat at the side 6 and a half hours later still no pain relief. At no time to this point, despite I'm still at th side of my bed awake, no staff have since asked me if I still needed it or even bothered to ask if I'm ok, roll on the day staff coming in. A family friend will be dropping me some paracetamol off once he finishes work in a couple of hours.
