Car parking at Wythenshawe is an absolute swindle. I have advanced cancer needing chemotherapy and the car park is costing myself and my wife an arm and a leg. All parking for patients like myself and my wife should be completely free. I could understand a small charge for visitors to in-patients - maybe £1 - but I am being ripped off and when I talk to other visitors they have the same story.

I protested and was finally given a 'swipe' card which doesn't work and I get stuck at the barrier every time I use it - much to the joy of the people behind me waiting to get out.

I am literally dying of a lymphoma and hoping to survive with chemo and the behaviour of the hospital admin. staff is quite appalling.

I am hoping to expose the whole racket to Granada TV and they may be able to do something.
