"accident dept"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services / Accident and emergency George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services / General medicine

(as a relative),

My mother was taken having been on floor all night. She was very poorly. I keep hearing all these coments about this hospital so I must write with my findings. Emergency dept was first class, then to CDU for short time and off to emu ward. They saved her life. She then after a few days went on to Bob Jakin for 3 weeks. Again the care was fantastic. The only thing I can say is the nurses are run off their feet. To end let's not forget the George Eliot has lost so much funding to UHCW. Try that place if you feel you can fault Nuneaton Hospital. I know where I would want to be and it is not Walsgrave.

Thank you so much for your very positive and supportive comments. These will be shared with Staff , Departmental Heads and Directors. I trust that your mum is now fully recovered from her ordeal. Christine Longstaff, Head of Patient Partnerships
