I am disappointed and upset with the service provided at the blackburn hospital. It seems if you have a problem you must put up with it for as long as possible before any attention is paid. om disgusted with the way some nurses think they can talk to ppl. im appalled with some of the replies I got because somethings wrong with me. im there for a reason but they dont care. nurses picking up patients drinks and fruits and sharing them out between eachother. theres a large number of staff there that deserve awards. they have the best way to provide a service and should proudly wear the NHS badge. then theres a small number of staff that let it all down. I am saying all this because I want something doing about this. if anyone from NHS wants to contact me I woule love to take this further. please if anyone could help me please come foward.

We ae extremely sorry that some aspects of your expeireance during your stay in our hospital was not of the standard you should recieve. The matron would be more than happy to meet with you to discuss the issues you have rasied and any other concerns you may have.

If you would like to meet with the matron, please could you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). A member of the PALS Teams will arrnge the meeting on your behalf.
