"Rude consultant at Nottingham City"

I have been having bladder problems and was refered to a urologist at Nottingham City Hospital. My first consultation was fine but I had to return before my next appointment. I was in terrible pain and was told to go back. I had to see a different consultant who just gave me antibiotics, said i'd have to go to my GP for pain relief, said he would send my water sample off, and sent me on my way.

When I returned for my due appointment the consultant who just gave me antibiotics saw me. His whole manner was very rude. He started by saying "didn't think we'd be seeing you again". I asked why I wouldn't be seeing my original consultant and he just marched me back to the waiting room.

I did get to see my original urologist and when I mentioned my water sample, it had never been sent off.
