In early Feb my mum was admitted to Warrington Hospital with renal failure and other complications. She was promptly admitted onto the ICI, from the very begining the treatment she received was second to none - every member of staff was exceptional and very caring, not only for my mum but also the members of our family, they made us and our mum feel like nothing was too much trouble.
Sadly 12 days after being admitted, our mum passed away and to be quite honest it couldn't have happened in a nicer place - the staff had taken her to their hearts. They had done everything possible to help her onto the road to recovery but when this proved too much for mum, they made her as comfortable as possible and the family knowing she was surrounded by such caring people made us feel more comfortable.
Myself and my family cannot praise these people enough, and they are a credit to the NHS. Thank you doesn't seem to be enough, but from all of us, thank you.
