"A long wait through the night"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My sister-in-law has been in poor health since last winter. She has had bouts of pnemonia and last week was advised by a health professional to go KMH to look at being admitted for monitoring. After arriving at KMH at 11 pm my sister-in-law sat in A & E until 4 am in the morning, there were no beds available. I would add that my sister-in-law was not the only person there waiting for a bed that night. How can this treatment of a sick person be conducive to their good health. Absolutely disgraceful!
