Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the emergency service when I fell downstairs last Sunday evening. The ambulance paramedics arrived within minutes and were very efficient and professional in their work. They delivered me to the A&E department that evening for further observation and checks.

I have nothing but sheer admiration for the excellent service that I received from the ambulance staff to the A&E department.
