"Awful. Not an alternative to A and E at all!"

We brought my son into St. Marks on Saturday morning with a cut to his head. Without even seeing the injury they said he would have to go to A and E (a 25 minute drive away). Then they found a doctor and had a long discussion about what to do which ended up with them saying he needed to go to Wexham. Uncaring, time wasting, non-helpful. Very disappointed.
