About: Royal Bolton Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was a patient on ward F3 at the Royal Bolton hospital for the treatment of abdominal pain. The standard of care I received was generally very good. I was most impressed with the caring attitude of the nursing staff.

I would have been happier if I had been able to spend more time with the doctor in order to go through the questions which I had and receive explanations.

Thank you to the nurses on F3.

The nursing staff will be very pleased to hear that you were impressed by their attitude -- we will let them see your comments. Doctors are often very busy but it is a pity that you felt that you needed more time to discuss your questions.
