About: NHS 111

(as the patient),

I called London 111 service and spoke to a very courteous lady. She was friendly and accurate in the information she gave me (I later checked with my GP).

I am very grateful to her as when I called I was in a state of panic, and I felt that she dealt with me very well.

I was initially worried about using the 111 service, but would definitely use again if I needed to.

Thank you for this excellent service.

I am so glad that NHS111 exceeded your expectations. We spend significant time and effort training our staff and it is always lovely to hear when this has paid off!
