About: Nuffield Health, Wolverhampton Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

When I received initial communication from TRAQS I must admit I had not heard of the organisation. The young lady who dealt with me was very friendly and efficient, I was delighted to be offered an appointment so quickly especially when the nuffield wolverhampton was offered.

The staff at the nuffield were all very helpful and efficient. One particular male nurse was very friendly and reassuring at a time when I was very concerned about the procedure. I had my first eye operation at the end of oct and the second at the beginning of Dec. The Consultant, Mr Sandramouli is the most friendly, approachable medical professional I have ever met. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to provide the TRAQS team with feedback following your recent referral.

TRAQS began in June 2012 and aims to provide Choice to enable patients to make a decision as to where they are seen if their GP refers them for further care. It is always pleasant to hear from patients who have had a positive experience and are feeling the benefits of their treatment.
