I live in london and my 91 year old mum lives in Hove Sx. I was concerned about her and needed to speak to a doctor. It took me ages ringing round mid afternoon. The first time, after hanging on for 20mins I was cut off with a message - if it is an emergency call 999. I tried again and got through eventually - service excellent. However they promised to ring me back and did not do so.
My mum has the same problems trying to get through to them. I am really concerned about an urgent situation. Her GP practice is Sackville Medical Centrv.
My own doctor is brilliant,
