Got lost on my way to an appointment and the most lovely nurse left her team meeting and showed me to the door of my clinic and was more than happy to do so, and didn't make me feel bad or silly for getting lost!
It was very reassuring and not essential for her to have done anything but it made such a big difference to my day!
