I was very satisfied with the care provided by a&e. The reception staff were polite, I received pain relief very quickly and the doctors were thorough and helpful. Also very impressed with follow up clinic - a great way to put your mind at rest following an injury that someone will see you again within a few days to check your progress. I hope the message gets passed on to the staff what a highly professional service they provide.
