My Grandfather had a long stay on Cedar Ward. He is in his 90s and broke both wrists. His recovery was rapid considering his age. The staff were very thoughtful,kind and caring. I visited regularly and witnessed how they cared for the more demanding elderly patients and was full of admiration and respect. There was continuity of staff a good level of care and kindness. They had time to stop and chat. We were very grateful to have our grandfather moved to a local hospit were so many friends could easily visit. A good experience and my grandfather was reluctant to leave.
