i was told to ring the help line number for rheumatology mon to thurs between 2 4

the message says that the nurse may be dealing with another call so you may have to try again,

Rang this number all week, you dont get held in a queue just cut off at the end of the message.

didint manage to speak to any body all week after ringing every day constanly for 2 hours.Either they were very busy or this line was not manned up at all,
