Visiting qmc for the first time the staff were all excellent staff in the lung function department and also the doctor , nurse and receptionist all made a scary appointment much easier. Whilst the news wasnt the best the reassurance from the consultant and the provision of support services made the future not so bleak.

The volunteer who took us straight to the clinic is a excellent idea.
