My wife had an accident this morning resulting in a visit to the A+E department. She was seen promptly by the Traige Sister who was courteous, friendly and professional. My wife was dealt with quickly and efficiently. This was followed by excellent services from the radiographer and the plaster room staff. In this climate when lots of people are trying to knock Basildon Hospital at every opportunity, my wife and I just want to say on behalf of many that we appreciate our local hospital very much and would ask the staff to keep their chins up and keep up with the good work.
