So many times, I hear negative things about the NHS. Having had 3 different appointments in the last month at Broomfield, I have nothing but praise. The staff were friendly and understanding, the appointments were always on time and I couldn't possibly fault anything. I have read some negative reviews, but I believe that people should understand that a hospital cannot predict what emergency cases might turn up. What I can assure people, is from my experience, it was all positive. It is a big hospital, but I found no problems navigating around it, and the facilities there are more than ample. Parking can be difficult at busy times, but being on the outskirts of Chelmsford, it is easy to get to. I wouldn't normally leave reviews, but I was very impressed by the experience, so felt I should.
