I spent Saturday night on MAU at Chorley Hospital and I have to say that the nurses were exceptional in very trying and busy circumstances. In particular, SN Alison Dick and a nurse in a green uniform with gret hair in a ponytail were a credit to their profession. All the nurses showed that they really cared about their patients. With all the negativity around at the moment and the finger being pointed at nurses in particular we should take a moment to remember the thousands of nurses that do a wonderful effective job in the NHS for all patients and I know that there are some very special ones on MAU at Chorley. You should all be very proud of yourselves.
