I found the Urology Department at RBH staffed by vary careful, efficient people who knew their jobs well. They were cheerful, friendly and courteous. I was a litle concerned,though, that I did not get to meet the surgeon either before or follwing the event. I would have liked to discuss briefly whaich of two procedures would take place. Perhaps this is normal procedure, but I do think a surgeon should at least 'Show his face' for a minute or two's discussion. However, the rest of my points stand. The staff were good.
