Your waiting time for knee replacement states that average waiting time is 12 weeks. When I phoned up and asked for my date, I was told that waiting time is 12 - 18 months. This is outrageous and far from the truth that you are presenting. Needles to say that you have an obligation to let patients know if you cannot fit them in 18 weeks maximum national waiting time. I wrote to management asking for explanation and after 3 weeks still waiting for their reply. Pathetic!
