"Prompt service for both me and my wife"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Diabetic medicine

(as the patient),

Earlier this week I had an AAA scan. The staff were friendly, efficient and informative and I was seen bang on time.

My wife attended a diabetic clinic in December and her experience was the same; friendly, efficient and considerate staff and again, she was seen almost immediately on arrival.

Being blind, she particularly appreciated the fact that everyone, including the consultant, gave her ample time and were mindful of her special needs as a blind patient.
