"Unhappy with rheumatology consultation"

About: Woolmanhill Hospital

(as the patient),

So to start with, there's nowhere to park at a hospital for people with arthritis.

Then the rheumatologist does not seem interested in anything I have to say, doesn't listen, is out the door before I can even ask any questions and I have to ask them while he's standing with the door open.

He went against the diagnosis the previous rheumatologist had said, making out he was wrong. Said he'd refer me urgently for a scan because I was in a lot of pain, and to give me drugs for the pain after the scan, but I waited weeks and still haven't heard about the scan.

Had to go and see another doctor in the end, because he just didn't seem to care.
