Excellent, quick, friendly service. Very well thought out using the ticket system is very fare. Even when you pick up ticket number 30, the wait is very short. The phelbotomists are very professional and efficient.

It is really wonderful to read your positive feedback and to be able to pass it on to the Blood Testing Service in Herts and Essex. Patients and members of the public are telling us that services are improving at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, but we also know we've some further work to do to consistently deliver excellent care.
