In April of this year, I took my child in to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for the treatment of a blocked tear duct. The standard of care was very good in all respects - the provision for children was excellent.
Although the care that we received was good, this was not the case for everyone - after previously being told that they could freely sit anywhere, another couple were then rudely told to move seats and were made to feel embarrassed.
