I received a phone call advising me of a cancelled appointment leaving a space for me to take up an earlier appointment for a minor op at the Dermatology Outpatients.I arrived 15 minutes prior to the booked appointment and due to some delay in the system had to wait an hour before being attended to.Once I was called I experienced a very professional and excellent service from The Consultant and his Nursing Team.One hour later I was walking out having had a very good experience and treatment including excision of two leisons that had been advised as in need of attention from a previous visit to the Clinic in Arrowe Park Hospital.

The other services ie Parking were plentiful and at £2.50 compared favourably with other NHS Hospitals in the area.The Reception staff at the Dermatology Clinic were helpful and informative and helpful.
