At a time of significant uncertainty and worry' it was such a relief and comfort to meet a nurse who spent 30 minutes talking me through the possible scenarios and involved me in a discussion and shared decision making. When I attended for the biopsy the following day. the team of 3 was equally professional--letting customer care be the main driver in the whole procedure.
