I cannot recommend the Early Preganancy Unit more. I was treated with respect in a very professional manner. Staff were kind, caring and very efficient. I felt like my views were heard and treatment was explained to me clearly. I am very grateful for the wonderful treatment I recieved. Absoloutly wonderful! Thank you, the Unit was clean with minimun waiting times. I met with at least 9 different professionals and every single person treated myself and my husband in an outstanding manner. This only happens when an organisation has a well established healthy ethos that allows its staff to put patients first. I would also like to thank all the "back office" staff who do not work directly with the public, but help to support the front line staff and so allow them to spend time on what matters most - people!

West Mid is clearly a welll managed hospital, a real credit to the NHS.
