When I was finally referred after years of suffering the consultants I saw where generally very good. There was one who insisted on trying various remedies which had failed in the past.

Over my five appointments I never saw the same consultant more than one, and found the lack of continuity of care awful.

Day surgery unit was excellent and looked after me wonderfully.

The end result was what I needed and I've some much better for it.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. On behalf of the hospital I am sorry that there was a lack of continuity in your care. I shall be sharing your feedback with the Clinical Director (most senior doctor) and Operations Manager for ENT so they are aware of your experience. I was pleased to note the good care you received in Day Surgery and that the end result was positive.
