can you tell me why the visiting time is 3 till 4 when most hospitals are 2 till 4 on returning to derby at 4 it takes us a long time to get home as we get stuck in the works traffic we leave weekends for people to go who are at work

Many thanks for your feedback. The reason that visiting is 3-4 is to allow patients to receive therapy, this is a major part of there treatment and care. The visiting times were agreed after consultation with patients.

However we are always happy to work with relatives and discuss any problems they may have. The person can discuss this issue with the Charge Nurse or ask to speak to me. We will always make every attempt to resolve such issues.
