Anything else?
I recently had a cataract removal operation at the hospital. I cannot speak too highly of the care and consideration shown by both the surgeon, anaesthetist and the nursing staff, (including one member of staff - who held my hand during the procedure and was endlessly encouraging). How nice to be in an unrushed environment and know that your feelings and concerns are taken seriously and dealt with in a calm and cheerful manner. The operation was successful and my memories of the procedure are nothing but positive due to my treatment by the medical staff. Beats a big hospital any time!
