(as the patient),

In this instance the service was better than expected. However it can be very difficult to get an appropriate GP appointment. Sometimes it seems to be battle with not very understanding reception staff. If you are unwell this can be an unpleasant experience. It is wolesley road surgery.

Thank you for your kind comments and I am pleased you felt the TRAC service was better than expected. I am sorry to read that you may be having difficulties with booking appointments at your GP Surgery.
