Have had to use the walk-in service on two separate occasions and have had excellent service on both. Yes, a bit of a wait (maybe an hour and half) but nothing like the usual 5 hours in the RSCH. Was greeted courteously in a friendly professional manner, at the desk the receptionist took advice from a passing nursing sister with regard to our visit and we were reassured our problem could be dealt with. Medical staff were professional, approachable and informative. Dealt speedily and competently with the injury and left us with good information and instruction as to what to do next. A refreshing and encouraging experience - well done Woking Walk-In, have already and will continue to direct others to you.
