We went to A&E a few weeks ago because my eldest son hurt his arm, and were fully expecting a nightmare trip as I had to bring 3 small children (one with special needs).

We were seen within a very short time of arriving, and treated with respect and kindness by everyone. After listening carefully and examining him, the nurse practitioner sent us straight round to X-ray, and then reviewed my son again and explained the X-ray result to us.

He was made comfortable in a sling, the advice about what we should do next was very clear, and we were given an appointment card for fracture clinic review within a week. They fitted all this excellent care in, and we were still back at the car within two hours.

Absolutely amazing!
