"Good care but better organisation needed at Whiston ward D1"

I was a patient on D1 at the Whiston hospital for a urinary investigation. The standard of care i received was good in all respects - I was particularly pleased by the fact that I was kept informed of the proceedings and never kept in the dark as to what was going to happen.

Whilst I have no complaints about my stay on the ward, I do feel that the morning ward routine could be better organised. For instance, each morning beds were stripped and changed at the same time as medication was being given out, which was also at the same time as breakfast was being served. Surely these things could been done one at a time, as the rushed atmosphere on the wards was a little unsettling.
