I attended the Maxillofacial Unit for 2 consecutive days in January 2013.My first day was for Mohs surgery on my face and took place in the Treatment room.The following day I returned for reconstructive surgery.On both occasions the quality of care I recieved was excellent.The surgeons and nurses were kind, considerate and understanding, and could not have done more to relieve my apprehension and anxiety.I was kept informed throughout both procedures.When I returned the following week to have my stitches removed I was treated with the same care and consideration.In fact all the staff I encountered,including Receptionists,are to be commended for their caring and reassuring attitudes.I would certainly recommend Q V H for both their care and skills involved.
