Angiography have now hit an all time low after messing around for another 4 days after calling me with an appointment for sunday 10th. The 4th such appointment, and surprise surprise that has also been cancelled. They do not seem to know who is doing what, cannot keep their storiy straight as to how this has occured, and don't ever get then involved in numbers. Following what I was told, no scheduled angiograms have happened in 2013.

They still haven't come up with a date, not that I'm inclined to believe them if they did. I am now raising this issue as a formal complaint and will back this up with a BBC report as to the utter incompetence that has been shown by the management of this department.
